I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you, and teach you how to live life more successfully. I believe every client is unique, and has a set of personal strengths we can develop further in our time together.
My therapeutic approach is integrative; I incorporate several different approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
