My therapeutic approach is integrative; I incorporate several different approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. 

I welcome all clients and specialize in individuals who identify as BIPOC and first generation Canadians.
